Core Definition
Prefabricated galvanized steel helical ground anchors (helical screw piles) offer significant advantages in small and medium-sized projects, temporary structures, and special terrain scenarios due to their convenient installation,
corrosion resistance, and environmental friendliness. When using them, it is necessary to select appropriate specifications based on soil conditions and load requirements, and ensure installation accuracy through professional
equipment to fully leverage their bearing capacity advantages.
1. Preliminary preparation
On-site investigation: Confirm the soil type to avoid errors caused by underground pipelines or obstacles.
Tool preparation: Use a dedicated drilling rig for spiral piles and hydraulic drive equipment to better achieve the goal
Positioning and layout: Mark the pile positions according to the design drawings, and all small details must comply with the standards
2. Installation process
Vertical insertion: Align the helical pile vertically with the marked position, rotate the drilling rig clockwise and press down, and use the helical blade to screw the helical pile into the ground to achieve the purpose.
Depth control: The insertion depth is determined by the designed load-bearing capacity, and readings can be taken for detection by a ruler or equipment.
Fixing the upper structure: After the piles are fixed in place, special joints are installed at the top of the piles. Their function is to connect the upper structures such as sheds or supports.
3. Acceptance and Reinforcement
Stability inspection of piles: Whether they are tilted needs to be clearly checked, and the bearing capacity should be verified through tensile tests.
Backfill when necessary: If there are gaps on the ground, use fine soil or concrete to enhance the uplift resistance.

Ⅱ.Core Advantage
Ⅲ. Main application
1. Building type
Temporary buildings: construction site dormitories, warehouses, and prefabricated houses.
Small permanent building foundations: lightweight villas, outdoor toilets, tool sheds.
Government jobs: street lamp poles, traffic sign poles, billboards.
2. In terms of energy and environmental protection
The foundation of photovoltaic brackets: Fixing photovoltaic panel brackets in solar power stations to adapt to different terrains.
The foundation of small wind turbines: Small wind turbines are fixed to the ground and have strong wind resistance.
Sewage treatment equipment brackets: sewage tanks, pumping stations, etc.
3. Agriculture and Landscape
Greenhouse fixation: Withstand loads such as typhoons and snow, and prevent position displacement.
Farm facilities: The foundation of the farm fence and feed tower to prevent structural deformation caused by animal impacts.
Landscape engineering: Installing pavilions, pergolas and guardrails without causing damage.
4. Emergency and special scenarios
Post-disaster temporary resettlement: The prompt construction of temporary shelters or rescue facilities after an earthquake or flood occurs.
Military and engineering operations: Capable of rapidly deploying field camps and radar stations.
Cultural relics protection: Minimally invasive construction is carried out in ancient architecture.
