Product Description
Ground screws, a type of pipe pile with spiral blades wound around the surface of a metal pipe after hot forging, are screwed into the ground by a dedicated ground screw tightening device to replace the original concrete foundation and are connected to the load at the top. As an underground foundation, ground screws have the advantages of convenient construction, short construction period, less affected by the construction environment, no damage to the local environment, and easy relocation and recycling.

I. Structural Characteristics
1. Various shapes
- Ground screws usually come in multiple shapes. Common ones include cylindrical shapes, where the threaded part is cylindrical. This shape enables them to distribute the force evenly during installation. For example, when fixing some small equipment supports in construction, cylindrical ground screws can well adapt to circular or square installation holes, and fit tightly with the pre-buried parts on the ground or specialized installation bases through the threads.

For example, ground screws used to fix heavy machinery in industrial plants have threads that can provide sufficient friction and bite force to prevent the machinery from loosening due to vibration during operation. The material and surface treatment of the threads are also important. Usually, they undergo anti-corrosion treatment, such as galvanization or nickel plating, to prevent rusting of the threads in the humid ground environment and ensure their long-term fastening performance.

The main function of the washers is to prevent the nuts from directly contacting the object being fixed, thereby providing protection and distributing pressure. For example, when installing the base of some precision instruments, the washers can prevent scratches on the surface of the instrument base when the nuts are tightened. Moreover, the washers can also play a certain sealing role to prevent liquids such as rainwater from seeping into the connection point between the nut and the screw. - Ground screws can be used for the fixation of various ground materials. For concrete floors, the ground screws can be firmly combined with the concrete through the expansion principle (if it is an expansion ground screw) or the chemical bonding principle (if it is a chemical anchor ground screw). On stone floors, such as marble floors, the ground screws can fix the object by drilling holes in the stone and then using their threads to interact with the internal structure of the stone. However, when using them on stone floors, attention should be paid to the depth and position of the drilling to avoid damaging the integrity of the stone.
