Ⅰ. System composition
Main framework system: carries the main load of the building, including steel columns, steel beams, and supporting components;
Sub frame system: auxiliary components such as purlins and perimeter beams to enhance structural stability;
Enclosure system: roof and wall cladding, with both waterproof and insulation functions;
Functional accessories: doors and windows, ventilators, drainage ditches, etc., to enhance the user experience.
Ⅱ. Technical parameters of core components
1. Main framework system
Column/beam specifications:
Steel beam: HN350 × 200 × 6 × 12 (height 350mm, flange width 200mm, web thickness 6mm, flange thickness 12mm), material Q345B, single span bearing capacity up to 20kN/m;
Steel column: optional H300 × 300 × 8 × 10 equal section, connected by end plate bolts (10.9 grade high-strength bolts), with installation accuracy error ≤ 2mm.
2. Sub framework system
Size of purlin:
C200 × 70 × 20 × 2.0 (height 200mm, rolled edge 70mm, return edge 20mm, thickness 2.0mm), material Q235B, spacing ≤ 1.5m, supporting roof and wall cladding;
Supporting components:
Wind resistant support: made of φ 20 round steel, forming a triangular stable system;
Wing edge support: ∠ 75 × 6 angle steel to enhance the torsional stiffness of the beam end.
3. Enclosure system
Coating material:
75mm EPS sandwich panel (bulk density 12kg/m ³), panel made of 0.5mm color steel plate (coating thickness ≥ 20 μ m), thermal conductivity ≤ 0.041W/(m · K), fire rating B2;
Waterproof design:
The roof slope is 5% -10%, equipped with color steel plate gutters (thickness ≥ 2mm) and PVC downspouts (diameter 110mm), with a drainage efficiency of 5L/s · m.
Ⅲ. Performance advantages and customization options
1.Core performance
Wind and earthquake resistance: Wind resistance level 10 (wind pressure ≥ 0.5kN/㎡), seismic fortification intensity 7 degrees, meeting the safety requirements of most regions;
Durability: The main structure is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection (zinc layer thickness ≥ 85 μ m), with a design life of 50 years, and EPS sandwich panels are maintenance free for 10 years.
2.Flexible customization
Material upgrade: Can be replaced with 100mm rock wool sandwich panel (fire-resistant grade A), or polyurethane sandwich panel (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.024W/(m · K));
Function extension:
Hangar scene: Install 5-30 ton crane tracks, and use electric sliding doors (width ≥ 12m) for the main entrance;
Warehouse scenario: Install ventilation ridges (with a ventilation rate of ≥ 12 times/hour), and install high-level lighting windows on the walls (with a light transmittance rate of ≥ 80%).
