• Customers without drawings: Provide size sketches or functional descriptions, and the design team will provide a preliminary plan within 24 hours.
2. Customized Design :
• Provide structural calculations, 3D renderings, material lists, and cost budgets, and support BIM model visualization confirmation;
• Optimization suggestion: Adjust the thickness of the insulation layer according to the regional climate (such as increasing it to 150mm rock wool in severe cold areas) and the wind resistant support density.
3. Production and Installation :
• Factory prefabrication: Components are numbered in the order of installation, accompanied by factory inspection reports and installation manuals;
• On site construction: The standard process is "foundation laying → steel column installation → beam frame assembly → purlin laying → roof and wall installation", with a daily installation efficiency of 500 square meters.
4. After sales guarantee :
• Warranty period: 5 years (for the main structure)+2 years (for accessories), with 24-hour remote technical support provided;
